Cotopaxn Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from the Cotopaxn website (the “Site”). By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Placement and Confirmation

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Order Processing and Shipping Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and major holidays.

3.2 Delivery Time: After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 6-12 business days to reach the destination, regardless of domestic or international location. Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to factors such as customs clearance (for international orders), weather conditions, or carrier delays. Cotopaxn is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

3.3 Shipping Costs: Cotopaxn offers free global shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. No additional shipping fees will be added to your order total.

3.4 Delivery Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available) to allow you to monitor the status of your delivery. You are responsible for tracking your order and notifying us of any delivery issues within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

3.5 International Customs: For international orders, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or covered by Cotopaxn. 4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Eligibility: You may return any unused, undamaged, and unaltered products (in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact) for a full refund within 60 days from the date of delivery. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

4.2 Return Process: To initiate a return:

b. Wait for our team to confirm your return request and provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.

c. Ship the product to the address provided by Cotopaxn. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (in which case Cotopaxn will reimburse return shipping costs upon receipt and inspection of the product).

4.3 Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product (to confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria), we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider; please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Cancellations
